A happy mother is a good mother, and if work makes you hum, your whole family sings along. Here are 3 tips to help you to be a happy Mom: 1. Establish a support network Working mothers need all the help they can get. Rely on friends, family, and your partner to give you a break when things get overwhelming. Delegate tasks whenever possible and don’t be afraid to ask for help. 2. Make time for yourself It’s important to take care of yourself both physically and mentally. Make time for things like exercise, relaxation, and hobbies that make you happy. This will help you feel refreshed and able to handle the challenges of motherhood. 3. Be flexible There will be times when things don’t go as planned. Rather than getting stressed out, try to be flexible and go with the flow. Accept that some days will be more chaotic than others and that’s just part of being a working mom. By following these tips, you can learn to thrive as a working mother. Don’t be afraid to ask for help and make time for yourself. Be flexible and remember that every day won’t be perfect. With a little bit of effort, you can find success in both motherhood and your career.
Are you ready to invest in your happiness as a woman, working mom and wife? Read what working mom, Kathy Heapy is sharing about her experience of my “Circle of Women, 6 months program.” It’s only 3 hours per month of personal empowerment and  growth in the presence of like-minded women: “Every facet of life, covering neuroscience-based techniques has been covered on the course.  The question and answer sessions following our in-depth tutorials, under your caring leadership and guidance, has enabled our group to put our newly found, practical skills into practice.  Profound relationships have been forged as a result between the participants, and every enriching encounter has been meaningful and leaves one not only inspired but confident and energized, which naturally spills over into every area of one’s lives, both personal and business. Thank you for your positive and dynamic influence in my life and granting me the opportunity of investing in myself.  I now know that It is by no co-incidence that our paths have crossed.  Under your tuition and mentorship, it has become clear that no matter what season you find yourself in, one’s mind is a powerful tool and there is a limitless abundance of divine opportunities to be recognised, explored, and experienced.” If you want to know more about Circle of Women (I am taking in new attendees in September), let me know. I would love to share more information with you. Be brave and send me an email to ilze@ilzealberts.com and say yes to yourself. From my heart to yours Ilze
